Umami Mix – Gourmet Mushroom Powder Blend

Our Umami Mix is a rich, flavourful blend of Chestnut mushrooms and five varieties of Oyster mushrooms grown in-house at Cap Canopy Mushrooms: Blue Oyster, Pink Oyster, Golden Oyster, Aspen Oyster, and Black Pearl King Oyster.

We harvest each variety at peak freshness, freeze-dry them to lock in nutrients and flavour, and blend them into a smooth, aromatic powder that adds instant depth to any dish.

Use it to elevate soups, sauces, pastas, stir-fries, eggs, marinades, or any recipe that needs a savoury boost.
